As part of the ECFA community, our aim is to be fully transparent and trustworthy in our relationships at all levels, especially with our donors.We are committed to establishing and applying these Seven Standards of Responsible Stewardship™ and we hope you find this page useful as you consider supporting the ministry.
We will not sell, share or trade our donors’ names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations.
This policy applies to all information received by First Care Women’s Clinic, both online and offline, on any Platform (“Platform”, includes the First Care website and mobile applications), as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications.
To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider, our donors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation and provide appropriate follow-up.
Tax deductible revenue transaction statements are mailed annually on or around the end of January. This will be for the prior year’s donations of $250, or more, for that year. This is within the standard Department of IRS requirements for non-profit organizations.
