Executive Strategic Coordinator
Full-Time (40 Hours)
Opening in Administrative Office – Palm Beach Gardens
First Care is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and mission-driven Executive Strategic Coordinator to serve as a key partner to the CEO/Executive Director. This role requires someone who is both a big-picture thinker and a detail-oriented executor—someone who can build systems, streamline operations, and anticipate needs while also handling the day-to-day tasks that keep things running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is not just an assistant but a trusted partner, someone who can exercise sound judgment, handle sensitive information with discretion, and foster trust in high-level conversations. Key Responsibilities

Floor Nurse, RN
Full-Time (32 Hours) Positions Available – Openings in Boca Raton
Palm Beach Women’s Clinic does not perform or refer for abortion services, nor will it be permitted from any of the clinics or offices.
The position of the Floor Nurse requires a responsible and well-trained professional able to give the best nursing care with little supervision. The Floor Nurse will be part of a team that provides support and care to the clinic clients. The Floor Nurse will maintain a professional standard of care. In this position, the Floor Nurse will work in conjunction with the staff of the medical clinic to ensure that clients are receiving the best medical, nursing, psychological, and spiritual care possible. The Floor Nurse will be fully trained to complete abdominal and transvaginal ultrasounds and will be required to complete an annual competency assessment.
The Floor Nurse will be responsible for various nursing duties related to client care, procuring abdominal and transvaginal ultrasounds, STD testing and treatment referrals, client education, completion of client visits, assessment documentation, and follow-up post-appointment. The Floor Nurse will also be responsible for maintaining all laboratory-related records and ensuring that the medical policies and procedures and infection control policies are adhered to and implemented.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Nursing degree from an accredited school
- Licensure granted by the State of Florida, Department of Health, Division of Medical Quality Assurance
- The ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- The ability to read, write, and communicate in Spanish would be an advantage but is not a requirement
- A certificate in BLS
- All certifications and registrations must be maintained, active, and current
- A minimum of 2 years relevant nursing experience. OB/GYN experience is desirable
- Be willing to participate in activities that promote professional self-growth and development, meeting the minimum requirements for continuing education
- Knowledge of how to use a computer is a requirement
Ultrasound Trainer, RDMS
32-40 hours/week – Must be willing to travel to Boca Raton and Palm Beach Gardens
The position of the RDMS trainer is to develop, instruct, and implement the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program to train all clinic floor nurses and volunteer floor nurses in OB Sonography per the curriculum standards and objectives. The RDMS may fill in for shifts at the clinic.
Must be willing to travel to all locations.
Ultrasound, RDMS
16-32 hours/week – Openings In Boca Raton
The RDMS assists clients in life-affirming decisions by performing limited OB Ultrasounds and conducting pregnancy tests. They will assess client needs and ensure accurate implementation of physician orders. The RDMS provides education for clients and plans follow-up care in collaboration with the nursing and advocacy teams in the clinics.
