VIRTUAL SHAKE, RATTLE & RUN 5K presented by Access Insurance Underwriter
Join us on Saturday, November 21, 2020 for our annual Shake, Rattle and Run 5K! To keep our event safe and socially-distanced this year, our event will be virtual so you can race in your own space!
Registration for this event benefits the work and ministry of First Care Women’s Clinic. You can also raise funds while you run! Learn more on our event website.
VIRTUAL 5K REGISTRATION FEE
- $35 Starts on 2/1 ends on 11/20 (12 Noon)

- Virtual timing by AccuChip. Results posted on the AccuChip website.
- First 300 Registrants: Race Bib, Race T-Shirt, Finisher Medal, and Race Bag filled with great items!

VIRTUAL RACE DAY INFO – November 21, 2020
Race in your own space — you choose your route! The event will feature a live leader board updated every 2 minutes with real-time tabulation of overall, gender, and age group categories provided by AccuChip Timing.
- On Saturday, November 21 between 5am-2pm, run and track your 5K (3.1 miles) running time and then submit it on the open results page.
- The deadline to submit your time is 2:00 PM EST on November 21st.
- After that, no more finish times will be accepted and the race will be finalized.
- Tag us on social media wearing your race shirt, using #SRR2020.
Optional: Show us the race course you chose by uploading your map from the following fitness app trackers: Strava, Garmin, Polar, MapMyRun, RunKeeper, MovesCount, EndoMondo and TomTom Sports. (Your course map will be viewable for everyone to see.)
How to Upload Your Results:
The open results page will go live at 5AM and will stay open until 2PM EST on Saturday, November 21st.
- Open the Open Results page using the following link: http://accuchip.racetecresults.com/Results.aspx?CId=16337&RId=379
- Find your name
- Click ‘Edit Time’ next to your name
- Enter in your 5k time and click the submit button
* Everyone is asked to report their times using the honor system.
* Awards will be given to the top 3 male and female overall finishers & masters.
* Real-time results will let you see how you are faring against other runners.
* Tag us on social media wearing your race shirt, using #SRR2020.
